The “Supper in the South” themed drive-thru dinner was held on March 25, at SASS! Restaurant in downtown Thomasville. It was supported by over 50 sponsors including local corporations, 企业, 和个人, whose philanthropic gifts eclipsed funds raised in previous years.
The monetary gifts are for general students’ scholarships that will ensure students can successfully attend 十大最大的网络彩票平台 and have flourishing careers.
“We are so appreciative of our sponsors for Dining for 十大网络彩票平台大全 ‘Supper in the South’ for making this a record-breaking year for raising funds for student scholarships,——卡拉·特纳, Associate VP for Advancement, 说. “These resources are vital in transforming our students’ lives by improving their career opportunities and ultimately their quality of life.”
Freshman Marko Owendy, one of several TU students who volunteered at the event, 说 he is really appreciative of TU, and all the things they’ve done including getting the community involved in his education.
